One of the most common questions that we get is, do you do free estimates? And it’s yes, it’s a two-part question, but a lot of them are asking to do it over the phone with photos. We can do that, but it’s not a very accurate estimate. We ask them if they would like to bring it down, when the car is here, we can put our eyes on it and get a detailed estimate. Far more accurate than a photo over the phone.
Another common question is, do we accept payments from cash-paying customers? The answer is no. If you were to go through In & Out burgers and order 50 hamburgers and get to the window and ask them if they would accept payments, what do you think they would say? Exactly.
Another common question is how long will it take to repair my car, truck or RV? And it all depends on the year, make, and model. Factory parts are difficult at this time. Sometimes they’re back-ordered, nowhere on the planet, and that is a big issue at this time. So we improvise. We can order parts in advance, depending on the year, make, and model, of course, to save time, because a lot of parts are back-ordered and we can wait a week or two. In most cases, we can get parts the next day. But that is an alternative way of getting around this problem that we have.
